  • How is your pricing structured?

    You can choose the price you want to pay dependent to the term you are happy to commit to. Pricing is based on a monthly flat rate either Standard or Lite Named User Subscription fixed for an annual or multi year term.

  • Are there any upfront costs or additional fees?

    No. There are no set-up fees, maintenance costs or hidden costs when you subscribe to Block7. All support is included in your flat rate fee.

  • How long are your subscription terms?

    Subscription terms vary from annual subscriptions to multi-year subscriptions, so you can choose the plan and term that’s right for you.

  • How do you accept payment?

    Payments are made via advance bill invoices. For a monthly paid subscription, payment will be made via a recurring advanced monthly bill invoice. For annual or advanced paid subscriptions, payment will be made via a single advanced bill invoice.

  • Do you offer discounts for signing upfront or longer-term commitments?

    Yes, we offer loyalty discounts for multi-year terms paid in advance.

  • Do you offer discounts for multiple users?

    Our pricing matrix is designed to reward loyalty. Meaning our Standard User pricing model is based on a fixed price per named user, per month depending on commitment length. We do offer a significantly discount to add Lite User subscriptions at a cost of £20 per month per user at a Ratio of one Lite User for every one Contracted Standard User. Meaning that for everyone Contracted Standard User, you can add one Contracted Lite User if you wish.

  • What is the difference between a Standard User and Lite User?

    Standard Users and Lite Users have a different billing model. Standard Users are charged a fixed subscription fee irrespective of usage providing unlimited assessments. A Lite User, is based on a Pay-Per-Use model, charged at a significantly reduced fixed subscription fee plus a usage fee per report /assessment.

  • Can I subscribe to only Lite User?

    No, there is a maximum restriction on the number of Contracted Lite Users, at a Ratio of 1-1 Contracted Standard Users. Meaning that for everyone Contracted Standard User, you can add one Contracted Lite User if you wish.

  • Can I reassign an existing User’s Subscription account to another user in its entirety?

    Yes, if one of your subscription named users either leaves your employment or permanently changes their job role within your company, you can reassign that named user account in its entirety, subject to the subscription terms and conditions found on our website.

  • Can I add users halfway through a contracted subscription?

    Yes. If you’d like to add additional standard named user subscription’s part way through the current contracted term on one of our paid multi-term plans the subscription fee will be pro-rated for the remainder of the subscription term.
    Pre-requisite is that the pro-rated term of any new users will be for a minimum of 12 months.

  • How is payment made for Lite User Reports?

    Pre-purchased banked report credits are held on the company account, whereby banked report credits can be accessed by all Lite Users, as and when required. All payments are paid in advance and invoiced, according to your contract of order. As soon an assessor submits a report, the credit will be used.

  • Is there a discount for buying report credits in bulk for Lite Users?

    Yes, you can purchase banked report credits and save up to 25% with quantity purchase of reports in advance. Contact your account manager for details.
